This site is a publication of Lumos Business Solutions Inc., an Alberta corporation ("Lumos", "I"). By using it, you agree to these terms. They're short because the site is simple.

What this site is. Lumos publishes business model research and analysis. It's information and opinion — not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Analyses reflect my view at the time of writing (each carries its date) and may age as markets change. Decisions you make based on anything here are yours.

Quoting and citation. You're welcome to quote from and cite the analyses — including in AI and agent-generated outputs — with attribution to Lumos Business and, where practical, a link to the source page. What's not granted: republishing entire analyses or substantial portions of the site elsewhere. For anything beyond quotation, ask: hub@lumosbusiness.com.

Accuracy and availability. I aim to publish only claims I can stand behind, but the site is provided as-is: no warranty that everything is accurate, current, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Engagements. Anything on this site describing services — research, prototyping, or otherwise — is an invitation to inquire, not an offer or contract. Actual engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which supersede these terms for that work.

External links. Analyses link to third-party sites I don't control and am not responsible for.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumos Business Solutions Inc. is not liable for losses arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. The site is free to use; your remedy if you're unhappy with it is to stop using it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. If you have a concern, contact me first and we'll try to resolve it informally: hub@lumosbusiness.com.
